Task Trainers has worked with a diverse mix of clients in a variety of business, industry, and education settings. In this work, we have completed a wide range of training projects. While some projects have been as basic as helping clients conduct a needs assessment or complete job and task analysis, many have been much more complex involving all the steps necessary to research, analyze, design, develop and implement comprehensive training systems. In most of these projects, we worked with teams of employees through the research and analysis phases and then used the data gathered to develop competency-based training systems capable of supporting both group-paced and individualized instruction.
